Zistan 4 mg, 20 Tablets

Description

Zistan Tablets are used to treat allergy symptoms such as hay fever and other allergic conditions.
Contains chlorpheniramine maleate, an antihistamine that helps relieve itching, redness, swelling, and skin irritation.
Effective for hay fever, skin allergies, insect bites, food or medicine allergies, and hives.
Also indicated for itching associated with chickenpox.

Uses:
Hay fever and seasonal allergies
Hives and nettle rash
Skin allergies
Food and medicine allergies
Insect bites and stings
Chickenpox-related itching

Dosage and Administration:
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet every 4–6 hours
Maximum: 6 tablets in 24 hours
Elderly: maximum 3 tablets daily
Children 6–12 years: ½ tablet every 4–6 hours
Swallow with water

Warnings and Precautions:
May cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision
Avoid alcohol
Use with caution in glaucoma, enlarged prostate, epilepsy, asthma, liver, kidney, or heart disease
Not suitable for children under 6 years

Contraindications:
Allergy to chlorpheniramine or antihistamines
Use of MAO inhibitors within the last 14 days
Use with other antihistamine medicines
